A dog, a man, and a baby

Tada!

So, Sophie has a trick she developed in the last week or so - if you say "TADA!", she will usually put her hands up in the air like so. It's very cute, and she enjoys playing the Tada game as much as possible.

Not too bad, although it's resolution is a little subpar for its class.

In memory of Holly

On January 15th, Holly and Hunter escaped from the house, and while they were out, Holly got hit by a car and passed away shortly thereafter.

Hanging with friends

Today some friends came over for a playdate. We had lots of fun eating remote controls, although Evan had to take some very important business calls. We also had kissy face with Evan, which was just silly.

Yay, We're 10 Months Old!!!

This is a picture of Sophie at Gymboree with one of her new pals, Sara.

Sophie's 10 month birthday was yesterday. She decided to use both days being a big grumpy grump. With that said, when she had Gymboree today, she kissed one of the other baby girl's (Milly) on the cheek, which just goes to show that even grumpy Sophie's are sweeter than candy.

Sophie's week has been short as most of it was spent in New Rochelle. However, Mommy learned a few things this week: 1) Sophie does not kiss the other kids at daycare, so kissing her cousin was a special treat; 2) she will try to kiss babies who look like her cousin (i.e., at her first day of gymboree, Mommy was sure she was trying to kiss a baby that looked somewhat Naomi-like); 3) she has mastered the wump.
